The beginning of the ezio trilogy what else can I say? Well worth the money I bought it for. I spent like 5 dollars to buy the trilogy and it was worth it.

One of my favorite games of the series. Playing as a character who was soooo different from Altair in the first game made this an enjoyable playthrough.

One of the better games in the series, to be honest. This game begins the Ezio trilogy, which is led by the assassin Ezio - who could be the most perfect assassin character in the series. He's got faults, he's got strengths, he's got personality. You cannot go wrong here. Except maybe for the controls. They're clunky at best on PC.. but still a step up from the first assassin's creed. Did a full 100% complete synch playthrough starting here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzTvpwDTjdk&list=PLmgvkfk_t0i8fP7CXsikF2tU58lT57_2e&index=17

An epic story of family, vengeance and conspiracy set in the pristine, yet brutal, backdrop of a Renaissance Italy. I played this game for the first time in 2016 on my xbox 360 and fell in love instantly! I played it after completing the first game in the series, and I was very much happily surprised of the improvement they had done to the second game compared to the first one. Don't get me wrong, Altaïr is a great character and I loved him, but Ezio really captured my heart, as well as all the other characters that were introduced in this game. I also feel like Renaissance Italy is the perfect spot for an Assassin's Creed game. There is so much fun things to see and learn about, but also the villains of the story were all quite interesting. I've always had a soft spot for this game, but playing it again on steam just reminded me of how much I loved it. In technical aspects, it's slightly clunky and hasn't aged really well, there were more than a few times where I almost threw my controller at the wall because Ezio decided to jump backwards of a tall building, causing desynchronization, rather than up or to the side where I wanted him to go. Either way, it's still an awesome game and I 100% recommend everyone to get it. So much fun times with this game.

Comparing to the first series, Assassin’s Creed 2 have many improvements & added new features. From gameplay mechanics to variety of side missions. The game’s set in Renaissance-era Italy, player still playing as 2 fictional characters, Desmond Miles & Ezio Auditore da Firenze (Nobleman who became Assassin after his family is betrayed & killed). I liked the game’s improvement. This is the first time where the assassin’s able to swim. New features for hidden blade: pistol & poison vials. New way to assassinate. A much larger world of Italy with variety of environments to explore, including Florence & Venice. Also, this is the first time where player can customize their character’s appearance & weapons, and manage a villa in Monteriggioni. There are many collectables inside this game, including feathers, paintings, glyphs, and assassin’s seals. Glyphs is my favorite, ‘cause it’s a puzzle/riddle that will unlock each part of ‘The Truth’ video. The way it includes a footage from historical events is impressive. It also includes some hidden messages (if player could find). The story continues from the first series but as I mentioned before, the new assassin’s name is Ezio Auditore. The storyline is quite intriguing for me & the final moments got me goosebumps. Therefore, the historical events in this game are not 100% accurate, but at least I learnt some of historical figures/events that are true.
