Um jogo com uma pixel art muito bonita, eu adoro a animação de quando vc vira um macaco, com uma gameplay simples e uma historia bem curta, SE vc souber o que tem que fazer, me vi um tanto quanto frustrado em algumas partes onde eu só desisti e pesquisei o que tinha que fazer, pois as vezes as dicas do jogo não eram muito claras sobre o que tinha que fazer. Outros pontos que me frustraram foram o design do mapa que é bastante confuso, a progressão onde literalmente assim de ganhar o poder de nadar vc tem que explorar todas as partes que tem agua no jogo , onde numa área gigante vc tem que encontrar um lugar secreto pra poder progredir no jogo que é muito fácil vc passar reto, e não ter auto save, que tornou a luta final bem chata ter que passar por todo um labirinto e matar o primeiro chefe pra aí sim ir pra batalha final, onde eu tentei ganhar a conquista de fazer sem tomar uma poção mas por conta de um ataque que eu não achei jeito de desviar acabei desistindo depois de morrer 3 vezes.

Context: I defeated the boss. I was supposed to grab the item in the middle of the screen, but I couldn't. The boss just kept attacking. Anyway, one more bug on the list 😁

I believe this was my first introduction to the Shantae series. I enjoyed it enough to continue onwards with the next two games. Will revisit the series at some point.

Fun metroidvania and platformer! A couple frustrating points, but that's a given in these genres. Overall a decent first experience with both this game and the series.
