Until I later picked up the Prime Trilogy on Wii I never actually owned the second game, only the first and third. I have the most memories of this game though because I rented it, and put myself through hell trying to beat it over the course of a weekend. Prime 1 is probably the better game, but beating this game an hour before it was due back at Hollywood Video is a memory that will stick with me for the rest of my life (seriously, FUCK the Emperor Ing fight).
