A pioneer of science fiction games and early RPG experimentation. Yuji Naka was a programmer for this game, and I'd love to know if he was responsible for the braindead combat AI. Your characters don't focus targets, and this can get you killed. You also can't see doors as you walk down corridors, you have to turn to face walls one step at a time to find some places you need to go. This really sets the player back in terms of navigating a dungeon in first-person view. Some of the hints could have been a little better. Almost everything else about this game is fantastic.
