Shadwen is a true stealth game where the only rule is to remain unseen. Stay hidden – or the ruthless guards will kill you on sight! Shadwen, an assassin on a quest to kill the king, has a chance encounter with a little orphan girl named Lily. Shadwen takes Lily with her on the dangerous journey. When the guards get close, Shadwen must take action right in front of Lily's eyes. Will she let the child witness crime and murder, or will she protect Lily's innocence? To kill or not to kill - that is the question.

Again one of those great titles one may have on the library and not know about it. Challenging but one just has to keep going to get Shadwen and Lily to the destination. Lily is also not as "annoying" as Hugo from "A Plague Tale" Steam review: Basically I did not want to enjoy this game this much. Was just searching for something to play after quite a long action game. But as usual, sometimes plan and reality are two different sets of shoes. Not being very good at parcouring in ANY game I had my doubts about Shadwen, when i saw, that mostly she is airbound, but in the end, steering her was not as difficult as I thought. The story is nice, the weapons reasonable. But taking out the guards was sometimes not as easy as it looked and needed a retry. Nevertheless, this game is a great stealth game with a very good protagonist, decent weapons and a story, that makes a player want to continue to reach the final destination with Lily. Recommended.
