The Pathless is a mythic adventure where you play as the Hunter, a skilled archer who explores a mysterious cursed island with an eagle companion. Your goal is to lift an unnatural shroud of darkness that plagues the world. As you bound acrobatically through dense forests, you will hunt prey, discover ancient ruins, and form a deep bond with your eagle. But beware: dangerous spirits also lurk in the woods. If you aren't careful, you may become the hunted yourself.

When I first saw this game, it gave me a bit of that Studio Ghibli vibes. I love it's open world aspect and the graphics are great despite being simple. The story is easy to follow and as you explore, you get bits and pieces of the lore which enriches the world building. A little bit glitchy sometimes as a mouse and keyboard user where the LMB doesn't trigger right away but doesn't deter me from enjoying the game. At the final boss battle though, the game audio peaks for some reason even though I've already adjusted the levels. Other than that, a terrific game and I wouldn't expect anything less from Annapurna Interactive and thank you to Giant Squid for making an amazing game.

Great graphics, a beutiful world, fun/fluid movement mechanics and a soundtrack that puts you in the same mood as in Journey. It's a pretty short (in a good way IMO) and solid game!
