It's nice to have a puzzle game be this ambitious with how the puzzles and the world come together. The direction of this game has pros and cons for the different types, layers, discovery, and atmosphere of puzzles work. I really like the cohesion of using the line in a grid for all of the different puzzle types. Not only does it make a familiar interface for learning the puzzles of each type, but also allows great mixing and matching later on. The game does a great job teaching you the basic rules through gameplay, and most of the rules using symbols are great and use similar ideas in different and interesting ways. But some of the rules suck to execute on. My ears don't have great pitch, my brain doesn't do great colour theory, and my eyes don't like dense grid covers or repeatedly flashing lights. I also enjoy the use of the environment in the puzzles to create layers. Different areas might use the distant backdrop as symbols in your puzzles, or make what exit you pick in a puzzle influence the path objects in the world move. It's very satisfying to step back and view an environment as a whole to determine how you need to solve your puzzles to proceed. Although sometimes you have the issue where you know what pieces interact, but you just need to fidget in place for a minute to get the right orientation of your sight or the light. The discovery impact is fine. Some environmental discoveries are exciting to try and determine how it incorporates in the puzzle. A good example is a snapped branch was supposed to block a route in the puzzle, but it got chipped off, so you see the chip mark and route around that. But sometimes it feels unsatisfactory. A puzzle 10 minutes later may require a similar snapped branch concept but not show any sort of chip marks, leading to you need to stare at your feet. It can test my tolerance for discovery time vs wasted time. I'm a little less fond of the sterile atmosphere because that makes you entirely rely on your passion for discovery to get you through the game. It does give you a concentrated environment to solve in, and a malleable environment, but it makes the "where to go next" portion of the discovery feel half-baked. Overall, this is a great puzzle game, with mechanics that some of the best building blocks I've seen, that often hurts itself with design choices and gives little incentive to come back.

So close to earning the platinum on this incredibly hard puzzle game but alas I was defeated (Trophies Earned 12/14)

The puzzles that made sense were great, but there were too many that didn't make sense even after I looked up the solution. Still worth a play though.

Мне было нереально тяжело в это играть. Это единственная головоломка от которой я страдал, но очень приятная визуально и геймплейно 🤔
