This was the first game that I've played where I actually prefer the Wiimote controls over the original. It was a real surprise for me how comfortable the Wii controls are as someone who is not normally a fan of motion controls. Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2 got a nice graphical update and new added modes for difficulty. The games are much easier on Normal mode than they were on GameCube and there's an added Hypermode difficulty after your first clear. Definitely worth playing whether you're a fan of the original Prime's or a newcomer to the series!

The Metroid Prime Trilogy is a Wii version of Prime 1 and 2, as well as the Wii exclusive Prime 3. The controls take a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it is my preferred style of playing these games. I highly recommend this trilogy.

Finished 2/3 games so far. They're fantastic, and I'm looking forward to starting Corruption soon.
